5. Congress office

The congress office will be available from 10 to 13 March 2025.

6. Registration and terms of payment

The participation fees for the face-to-face events include access to Congress Centrum Ulm, congress documents, lunch as well as refreshments during breaks.

Please use the link to the ticket shop at www.betontage.com for registration. Following your registration, you will receive an email confirming your booking and with a link to your invoice and ticket. Upon presentation of your ticket, you will receive your name badge and congress documents at the congress office.

All prices mentioned are to be understood plus statutory value-added tax. Invoices should be paid according to the mode of payment without any deduction. The participants will loss the entitlement to participate in the event if the invoice amount has not been received in due time or if not all outstanding accounts of the organizer against the participating company have been satisfied. According to Section 3a (3) No. 5 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we are obliged to invoice the value-added tax rate valid in Germany amounting to 19 %. This also applies to participants and invoice recipients outside Germany.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program.

7. Cancellation and alterations

Cancellations are free of charge until 13-01-2025, from 14-01-2025 until 10-02-2025 the cancellation fee is 50% of the ticket price, from 11-02-2025 the cancellation fee is 100% of the ticket price. Please use your participant account for this purpose. You will find a link in the email confirmation to your booking. A substitution of the registered participant would be possible upon agreement.

8. Overnight stay

Please find further information about booking your overnight stay at www.betontage.com under the heading "travel and accommodation". We recommend to make an early reservation owing to limited capacities.

9. Data protection regulations

The participants shall agree and consent that his/her personal data such as title, first name, surname, postal address, email address and telephone extension which are provided during the registration and communication process in preparation of the event may be used by the organizer for contract performance and submission of additional event information exclusively. The organizer will collect, process, use and store personal data insofar as this will be required for the provision of services, submission of personal event information and dispatch of tickets.

During the event, the participants and exhibitors of the BetonTage congress will be provided with a digital list of participants in the form of a PDF file protected against printing and copying which includes title, first name, surname, company name and information concerning his/her attendance.

For identifying and checking the right of admission, a name badge will be handed to the participants and exhibitors of the BetonTage congress, representing the title, first name, surname, company name and information on his/her attendance.

During the BetonTage congress photographs and video recordings will be taken in accordance with Art. 14 basic data protection regulation (DSGVO), which will be used and published for reporting and public relations work around the BetonTage. This concerns print, online and social media. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Sec. 1 (f) DSGVO.

Comprehensive information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy of the organizer at www.betontage.com/data-protection. The data protection declaration is an integral and binding part of the conditions of participation.

11. Final provisions

Should any part of these conditions of participation be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the entire contract. Agreements, individual permits and special arrangements are subject to the written confirmation of the organizer.

German law shall apply exclusively. Place of jurisdiction shall be Stuttgart, Germany.
